PURCHASE with guaranteed maintenance
With this plan the client owns the plants and their containers. We supply a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance service that provides for proper pruning, cleaning, watering and fertilization of the plants. Any unhealthy or unsightly plants will be replaced free of charge as long as we maintain the account.
Monthly LEASE plan
Under this plan, the plants and their containers are the property of Tropical Touch Interior Plantscaping and are leased on a per-month basis. During the term of the agreement, we service the plants weekly or bi-weekly. Plants will be replaced any time they become unhealthy or unsightly in order to maintain all plants in first class condition at all times. This is done at no additional cost to client.
Why do I need a guarantee program?
You will not have to worry about replacing overgrown or ailing plants; our service tech are responsible for reporting and replacing your plants so you do not have to wait for someone within your organization to authorize a PO or take time away from their own job function.

Will I get service weekly or bi-weekly?
We have it down to a science to most clients have bi-weekly service, some clients with PatioScapes or outdoor plants may need weekly service because of natural elements i.e. sun, wind rain.
